Reading is a ticket to adventure – created a new design with one of my characters featuring a typographic treatment of this quote. It makes a great teacher shirt as well as other teacher gifts. Evil character drawing of a funny creature which goes to sleep. This weird watercolor illustration is available as art prints and products at my store.
Evil chef likes to cook weird stuff. Stay awake while in its company, because if you are not very careful, you might wake up without a limb or two, heh. Drew this dark grinning character some time ago. It hold a cooking spatula and has a white chef’s hat, grin with sharp teeth on its face. It’s a part of the family of the Evil Flower Bug. This illustration was created especially for my sister when she discovered she had a passion for cooking. Drew the drawing in black ink, vectorised it and created art prints and products with an intense orange textured black, as this color is associated with food and appetite. This time it is a vector illustration of one of my hairy evil bugs with the natural grin on its face. The monster is holding a flask with a bubbling potion, bubbles shaped as hearts. And this character is slapped on a vibrant red background because, you see, it is a love potion and this colors suits it well. Evil bugs friends are giving flowers each other, every one of them planning to stab their beloved in the back as soon as possible. Heh, no. Even evil has its friends. Drew each of these characters a long time ago in black ink. Later I vectorized my ink drawings, created art prints for each one of them. Then one day, looking at the images, I realized these monsters are actually a couple of close friends. There are all kinds of friend relationships. Theirs is a bit weird but cute nonetheless. Next step was to make them meet both in one image. Did it and added art prints to my Redbubble and Society6 stores. Also, created fun products with a gothic feel to them.
