This bizarre illustration was inspired by my long lasting experience with my own eyes. They’re frequently strained and sometimes feel so bad, that I just wanted to make something fun pout of this. I sketched the image with markers at first. Then vectorized it. It a is an unusual design with beautiful eyes with long eyelashes and red eye shadow which form a fun weird flower over a swirly background in my favorite shades of green. Later I added art print to my Redbubble and Society6 stores.
This evil flower character is the first illustration I drew in Affinity Designer, which is now my all-time favorite application for vector illustration. I looked at some of the images the app was presenting at its start. Liked the transparencies in one of them which gave it a glossy look. Then thought I hadn’t tried to make a vector with a bit of transparency. So I tried to do it in this funny flower. It is, of course, with very sharp teeth and a grin slapped on its face, if I can call it that way at all. Later I created art prints and products with this dark violet illustration at my Redbubble and Society6 stores.
Lastly, you can check out this women’s tee with the flower at my Design By Humans store. They are the only ones that offer a shirt with this fantastic violet color, just like the original background of my artwork.
This fluffy alien was created after a lovely drawing by my then 8-year old daughter. She has a fantastic imagination. It depicts a funny creature with four eyes smiling happily showing its heart shaped teeth. It also has four eyes and three legs. The funny character is standing on a red planet, warmly spreading its hands, ready for a hug. After I finished the vector drawing, I added art prints with this cute character to my Redbubble and Society6 stores.
This geometric penguin illustration was created after the lovely pencil drawing of my then 6-year old daughter. Penguins are so sweet and lovely! My daughter likes them a lot, too. She also likes big clean geometric shapes. This cute bird has big blue eyes and a tiny beak. After creating the image, I added a texture over the vector illustration to make it more warm. Later I created products with this cute bird design at my stores. Added art prints to my Redbubble and Society6 stores, too.
This crystal blue heart illustration is an experiment I made in Pixelmator. Drew this monochromatic blue heart design, added a texture and then applied some filters. Next I chose some single polygons and colored them in different shades of blue to create effect of little glimmering particles. When I was creating it, I was thinking of crystals, love, coldness, winter, these kind of things. Later I created art prints with this heart at my Redbubble and Society6 stores.
This cat Christmas tree illustration features funny Christmas tree with red cat heads and fish bones ornaments. The whole image is in green with slight touches of red. Check out art prints at my Redbubble and Society6 stores.

Check out this holiday design at Zazzle, too. Some of the products there like greeting cards and magnets have customizable text.
Some autumn leaves art for this week’s challenge of Redbubble. We have to create pouches designs for nature lovers. I rolled up my sleeves and managed to create the huge number of two art prints from my recent leaf drawings in ink and watercolor. Here they are:
My colorful psychedelic eye is featured at Redbubble’s Found page! Thanks Redbubble. I drew this vector illustration lead by my obsession with eyes – the weirder, the better. They just seem natural to draw for me. Whenever I start to just scribble, an eye or a leaf/flower appears. And I also love bright colors, trip art… you can tell.
